Terms of Service
By using Selene at selene.aktc.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service
Selene provides a Moon void-of-course observatory, natal chart calculations, entertainment compatibility readings generated with AI, and optional developer API access. We do not claim to predict the future. Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection only.
2. Accounts
Some features require a Supabase-authenticated account via magic link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information when purchasing paid products.
3. Payments
Paid products are sold through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Your payment relationship for checkout, tax, and invoices is with Paddle subject to Paddle's terms. Prices are shown on our Pricing page before purchase.
4. Subscriptions
Premium and API subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the API, attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer the service, or use Selene to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
Selene software, branding, and UI are owned by the operator. Generated reports are licensed to you for personal use. API data may be used according to your API plan for integrated applications.
7. Disclaimer
Selene is provided "as is" without warranties. Astronomical times are computed to high precision but may differ slightly from other ephemerides. We are not liable for decisions you make based on readings or void timing.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
